Privacy policy

The short version: we don't want your data, so we don't collect it.

The figures you enter

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The incomes, balances and other figures you type are never transmitted to us or anyone else; they exist only on your device. Calculator settings are reflected in the page address so you can bookmark or share a result; that address is only sent anywhere if you choose to share it.

No accounts, no tracking cookies

There are no accounts, sign-ups or newsletters. We do not set tracking cookies ourselves. We measure aggregate traffic (page views, country, referrer) using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not profile individual visitors or track you across other sites.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't receive or store this information ourselves.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show display ads. The AdSense script is loaded on every page and, once ads are served, Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to measure ad performance and, where permitted, to personalise ads based on your visits to this and other sites. We don't control those cookies and never see the figures you enter into a calculator.

You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Where the law requires consent for advertising cookies (for example in the EEA and UK), Google's consent message is shown before any such cookies are set.
